“When what you are deeply passionate about, what you can be best in the world at and what drives your economic engine come together, not only does your work move toward greatness, but so does your life. For, in the end, it is impossible to have a great life unless it is a meaningful life. And it is very difficult to have a meaningful life without meaningful work. Perhaps, then, you might gain that rare tranquility that comes from knowing that you’ve had a hand in creating something of intrinsic excellence that makes a contribution. Indeed, you might even gain that deepest of all satisfactions: knowing that your short time here on this earth has been well spent, and that it mattered.”

My Dad - I wish I could have even quarter of that tolerance

I still remember those days when Dad used to fight for everything everyday; just to give a little bit comfort in all those scarcity that surrounded us. Dad bought us television just because we used to stand on our windows and stare at our neighbor’s windows to watch Star Trek and once he saw our neighbors closing the window on our face, next day we had a nice, little television in our house. Those days were the ones when Dad was struggling each day and night to keep his family going. We got education in one of the very reputed schools in out city and he fought all the way through to keep up the level of education he desired that we should get..................

With all these efforts that he put for us, all the sacrifices that he made, all those days when he made decisions, tough decisions just for us............he deserves a good life in return. I don't know if I'm fortunate enough to give my Dad the life he deserves.............but I'm trying and I know I'll trying till the last breath left in my body and would leave no stone unturned to make that happen.

Today I still see my Mom and Dad alone in a house in which they should not live, I still see my Mom and Dad saving money for our future, I still see my Mom and Dad wearing old worn out cloths, I still see my Mom and Dad counting every penny in the house and keeping them aside for our well-being!!!!

I don't believe in after life and life before birth, but if there is any such thing then I can say this for sure that I must have done something very sacred and I'm doing something very sacred to be in the company of such great people as my FAMILY - My Mom, My Dad, My Brother and the most beautiful lady I've ever met - My LADY
