As usual, was going through the Internet trying to learn something more about bikes, when I stumbled upon this read from BikeAdvice.
The article gives a very interesting and logical step by step to dos by which we can extract more juice out of our machines. But again, if I step back and think ..... in a market like India, by making such mods to my machine, wouldn't I be hampering the after sales scope of the bike (well if at all I decide to sell my bike). Knowing that performance mods have been done on the machine, no bike dealer would be accepting the bike for exchange. The only way left is for a direct sell. Again, getting the bike serviced from the authorized service center would again come under the scanner.
Indian bikes are like Maggie Noodles. The stock tastes really great, but by being a little more innovative we can more tastier. But the question is ..... will I'll be able to sell my likeness and taste if I wish too ;)
