District 9

To cut long things short - If one wants to see a possible outcome when we encounter the third kind..... go and watch District 9

It's a rare combination of great futuristic vision, amazing story telling and a gripping performance by Copley. There is no Will Smith knocking out an ultra slimy alien in a single punch, no Tom Cruise shouting his lungs out in powdery human remains... infact most of the artists I've seen for the first time, but I didn't blinked my eye for a single second.

All I can say... District 9 is a very thoughtfull and very emotional movie but not to be watched with either your girl friend of wife along side else you might end up having a soare butt ;)
