Salsa Dimello

Well it's been quite some time since I posted something on the Food section. So, here goes the first entry after... well... I don't since how long!!

Ladies and Gentlemen..... Salsa Dimello

This is what you need and you need to do -
1) Prepare some fresh cut Salsa and keep it refrigerated night over (believe me it can be used with many things)

2) In the morning, put some salsa on a non-stick frying pan and keep the heat at medium. You do not need to put any oil or what so ever. Keep mixing the salsa with it's juices and allow it to dry up.

3) When the salsa is dry enough, let the egg whites go in (I used whole eggs here, but egg whites are more recommended.)

4) Mix well till the whole thing gets a nice texture and you are done!!

Healthy and Tangy.... Salsa Dimello (name christened by wife -> Salsa for the salsa of course, and in Bangla egg is called Dim, so.... Dimello)
