2012 Yamaha R15 - Launched
Yamaha India today launched the 2012 Yamaha R15 or the Yamaha R15 V 2.0 so to speak. Yamaha shook the hands with technology and had a webcast in place for the entire nation to be part of the launch cerimony, but then of course nothing can come close to the experience of being at a launch in person. We have been seeing the spy pics for quite sometime now, and we saw it for so long and coming that it somehow took the glamour off the actual thing and today's launch seemed a seal of approval on the spy pics.
From a motorcycle point of view, the 2012 Yamaha R12 is more of a cosmetic improvement and some minor technical improvement. Basically Yamaha has tried to work on feedback of it's customers and bring the R15 as close as possible to the "R" genome like the R1, R6 and the R125. So, ladies and gentlemen, here comes the 2012 Yamaha R15, buckle up and rule the tarmac.
Some of the new features incoporated in the new R15 include -
not bad but break light.........
ReplyDeleteI would say it's much better than the previous one, more contemporary
ReplyDeleteits too good for the price..... might give the Duke 200, Ninja & obviously the Karizma ZMR a run for their money... it showcases a full fledged sports bike appearance & is more economical in terms of the Price tag + Fuel consumption.... major factors whilst selecting a bike..... well done Yamaha! You given India what it needs
ReplyDeleteYamaha R15 has been inspired from Yamaha YZF-R6 sports bike and looks more attractive than the predecessor. It has got a lot of cosmetic uplifts along with some performance and handling improvements.
