What I would like to term as the 2013 Kwack Attack, Kawasaki is launching as many as four new models to their portfolio for next year. The four new models from Kawasaki would be
- Kawasaki Ninja 300 - Replacing the current quater liter class king the Kawasaki Ninja 250R, the Kawasaki Ninja 300 not only brings 50cc and almost 8 bhp more than the 250R, but also brings features like Slipper Clutch and Optional ABS
- Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R - Replacing the current ZX-6R, Kawasaki is going back to the 636 cubic capacity and is eyeing to dominate the Super Sports category and take things in control with domination.
- Kawasaki Z800 - Replacing Kawasaki Z750, the Z800 is being launched with 111 bhp of top end performance and coming as a very potent middle weight street fighter option.
- Kawasaki Z800e - A 95bhp variant of the Z800
Kawasaki has gone ahead and announced the price of all the three new models The prices are :
- Kawasaki Ninja 300 would be priced at £4799 for Standard and £5199 for ABS version (the Slipper Clutch comes as standard in both the models)
- Kawasaki ZX-6R would be priced at £8999 for Standard and £9999 for ABS version
- Kawasaki Z800 would be going for £7499.
- Kawasaki Z800e would be priced at £6899.
So, for 2013, Kawasaki has made it's intentions clear, it's going to target the more user friendly market, a more affordable and usable market and it's going to knock, down and own the competition.
