Honda revealed a new model - the CBF190R for the Asian markets. Unveiled in Indonesia, the motorcycle will be carrying a single-cylinder engine with naked design.
The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer will equip the bike with a 184cc, air-cooled, 4- stroke single-cylinder, SOHC engine. The motor churns out a maximum power of 16PS at 8000 rpm and peak torque of 15Nm at 7000 rpm. Mated with the unit is a 5-speed transmission. The bike gets Hydraulic Disc Brakes that will do duty at both front and rear. The length of the bike measures at 1982mm while the width of the bike measures at 744mm. The height of the motorcycle is 1041mm. As far as the suspension system is concerned, the bike gets golden coloured inverted damping shocks at the front and central damping at the rear. The kerb weight of the bike is 140 kg and it is offered with a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres.
The Honda CBF 190R gets a full LCD digital speedometer. Its under belly exhaust is inspired from the ER6N. The neatly-crafted headlight of the bike gives the front profile a sharp look while the rear profile is complemented by LED taillights. The chassis of the motorcycle is Diamond frame. Honda China has not yet announced the prices of the model, but it is expected that the bike will be launched at an affordable price range.
Earlier this month, Honda launched the 2016 CBR 150R Streetfire in Jakarta, Indonesia at a price of 25.4 million Indonesian Rupiah (equivalent to Rs 1.2 Lakh). The newly launched CBR 150R comes with a 150cc, DOHC 4-stroke, liquid-cooled engine that produces 17PS of maximum power and 14 Nm of peak torque.
